The Altar Guild is made up of men and women who take care of the setting of the Eucharist and the upkeep of the sanctuary altar area. We also see to the flowers, make the bread when needed, make communion and altar linens, change the hangings on the altar as the season calls for it, and keep the home communion sets ready to go.

Membership is open to anyone and each member serves about once every month and a half. We train new members by pairing them with experienced altar guild members for 3 times after which they set up by themselves with someone to check them.

It is truly a ministry for people who like to work behind the scenes and it is a very important part of what we love about our worship experience as Episcopalians.
